Kitchen Cabinets Above Baseboard Heat

We want to run baseboard hot water radiators along the wall under our kitchen cabinets and direct the heat out the toe kick.
Does anyone know how this is done. However as we were doing ikea cabinets another option we nearly went with was something i saw at ikea their wall cabinets are hung from metal brackets which are mounted on the wall first. Remove the toe kickers and float the cabinets above the baseboards by utilizing cleats drilling into studs and or adding support at the base via 2x4 s. It s an old house and the kitchen has 3 entrances each on a different wall and a wall with windows.

This is the easier solution but not my preference. I ve looked into kickboard heat countertop heat and relocating the copper piping in the basement to provide for floor registers in front of the cabinets. Built in cabinet over baseboard heat.
Second same as above but also build a false back on the cabinet allowing a chamber behind the same or greater depth as the radiator to allow air to come in from below and circulate above and behind the cabinet. It would be very hard to find a place in this kitchen to move the baseboard heater. We realised we could simply use wall cabinet boxes but hung at worktop height selecting a cabinet size which would sit above the baseboard heater. The plan is to extend the kitchen to take advantage of as much space as possible but this requires placing new cabinets over existing baseboard heaters.

See more ideas about heat vents floor vents heat registers. I would use this in conjunction with a heat reflecting barrier board underneath the cabinet. There is not enough wall space to put efficient cabinets with counter space except the wall with windows. I don t have counter space for food prep.
We are redoing the kitchen in our 125 year old house.
